Gary Morgan is our director. He came to us from Boston College, where he was the Associate Dean for Student Development of Graduate Student Life. He received his master's degree in College Personnel at Bowling Green State University and has pursued doctorate work. in Higher Education at the University of South Carolina.

Dr. Stacey Lazenby Malaret

Dr. Stacey Lazenby Malaret is originally from Orlando, Florida and attended The University of Southern Mississippi for her B.A. degree in Psychology. She then graduated in 1998 from The University of Central Florida with a M.A. in Student Personnel and in 2007 with her Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She has worked in the student development field since 1999.

She was most recently the Director of Student Activities and Asst. Vice President for Student Development at Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN and currently is employed as the Associate Director for Student Leadership Development at The U. of Central Florida. Her main responsibilities are with the LEAD Scholars Program, which include overseeing current and past students of the program.

Dr. Germayne Graham

Dr. Germayne Graham has been with the university since 2001. Dr. Graham joined LEAD Scholars in July, 2007 and was most recently a psychologist with the Counseling Center.

Favorite thing about LEAD Scholars: I love the camaraderie that LEAD forms amongst students. Students realize that they are in this program with students who are just like them and who are going through the same situations that they are going through.
