Every action of a LEAD Scholar should be a positive reflection on our program community as a whole. It is important to understand that all LEAD Scholars are expected to carry themselves with the highest academic, behavioral, and moral standards. The LEAD Scholars Creed addresses the values of the program that obligate each LEAD Scholar:

TO LEARN
I will honor my faculty;
I will honor the curriculum;
I will make learning to lead my quest.

TO LEAD
I will honor the UCF Creed;
I will honor my fellow LEAD Scholars;
I will change UCF for the better through my leadership.

TO SERVE
I will honor those I serve;
I will strive to give more than I receive;
I will serve by leading and lead by serving.
