LEAD Housing

Approximately half of all freshman LEAD Scholars will live in LEAD housing next year. They will live in a building that's entirely inhabited by LEAD Scholars in the Academic Village. The building is managed and staffed by UCF's Housing and Residence Life.

The process for receiving LEAD housing goes like this:

  1. Apply and be accepted to UCF.
  2. Apply for on-campus housing through department of Housing and Residence Life.
  3. Apply and be accepted to LEAD Scholars, indicating your preference for LEAD Scholars housing on your application.
Spots are filled on a space-available basis; LEAD housing is generally only open to those who apply early, while spots are still available. However, a waiting list is assembled in case of cancellations; if you're interested, please mark your preference on your application regardless of your application date.
